Job Description

* $13.00/ per hour
• Schedule and organize activities - Travel, conferences and administrative activities
• Provide administrative support - scanning, faxing, mailing etc
• Prepare reports for travel expenses
• Request vendor documents and get them approved
• Contact suppliers for requests and reviews of invoices
• Support to the Vice President of HR with various duties
• Recruiting and on boarding processes of new employees - recruits, interview etc.
• Any additional HR responsibilities  

Job Requirements

* Associates degree or higher or equivalent experience 
• 1-3 years Administrative / Front desk experience within a fast paced office enviornment
