Job Description

Summary:  This position is responsible for the full cycle sales process.  The sales manager is to:  Develop and maintain new and existing clients to ensure growth goals and profitability expectations are met, build strong lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, support branch operations and be results oriented, self- motivated and demonstrate a high sense of urgency and integrity. 





Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain strong networks and centers of influence



  • Develop and implement sales strategies



  • Generate and obtain leads through prospecting



  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients



  • Meet and exceed weekly goals and expectations



  • Ensure pipeline opportunity expectations are met and documented for A, B and C level clients





  • Present effective sales presentations tailored to the potential client while building trust



  • Qualify clients, collect credit information and submit in a timely manner to corporate



  • Negotiate contract terms to ensure profitable relationships



  • Conduct site inspections



  • Follow up with established A, B, and C level accounts



  • Follow up with clients on open orders regarding progress when needed



  • Ensure clients are set-up for automated time tracking and payroll submission, where applicable



  • Responsible for promptly and accurately inputting all required information into the tracking system



  • Contact field employees when injuries occur



  • Ensure all metric are achieved



  • Spend 90% of time externally, developing business



  • Spend 10% of time assisting with the recruiting process (if needed)



  • Provide weekly updates to manager



  • Embrace and carry out the Core Values and Mission of Integrity Trade Services.



  • Perform additional duties as needed.
