Job Description

Direct hire.
• Accurately processes weekly & bi-weekly payroll using ADP.
• Enters all payroll-related modifications including missing information from time tracking system, wage and tax adjustments, benefits, garnishments, and levies.
• Maintains all employee hard copy and on-line files including creating on-line files, scanning all documents to files
• Administers PTO, Short Term Disability Leave of Absence, 401 (k), and Workers’ Compensation programs
• Accurately manages employee vacation accruals, sick time, and changes of status.
• Completes and submits reports to Executives: EEO-1, AAP, and Turnover & Manpower Planning Report.
• Administers employee benefits and provides overall record keeping for: medical, dental, COBRA, disability       insurance, life, and 401(k).
• Handles Return to Work program (RTW).
• Ensures receipt of proper I-9 identification, maintains records and ensures re-certification, as needed.

Job Requirements

* Strong Excel skills will be considered

* Proficient in Excel, PPT, and Outlook.

* Must be very comfortable utilizing formulas in Excel (Pivot Tables etc.)

* High School Diploma Required. Bachelor’s Degree in HR a huge plus.

* Excellent communication skills and professionalism. Excellent analytical, math and problem solving skills.

* A well organized, detail oriented, and self-directed individual.

* Must be able to work OT and travel as required without limits.

* Must have strong math skills.
